Event Electronics business radios operate on strictly licenced radio frequencies completely separate to those used by commercially available radios (often referred to as PMR446 or just 'PMR') often used by local businesses such as retailers or pubs. PMR446 is a European radio specification using a shared list of channels with no right for any individual to have priority over any other user. A hire agreement for our radios includes use of of Event Electronics 'Suppliers' Licence issued by the UK governing body Ofcom. This means you can have the confidence that your communications are far less likely to suffer interference from other users and far less likely to be overheard by others. In the unlikely event that you suffer interference from other users using Ofcom licenced frequencies, we have a far wider range of frequencies that we can move your operation to and resolve any interference issues.
